Semi-Intensive English Course

The semi-intensive English courses are available to students who reside in Florida and who have limited time to devote to their studies.

The classes of the semi-intensive English Program for Effective Communication are held two or three times a week with classes available in the morning or in the evening. In addition to regular classes, students enrolled in the semi-intensive courses have unlimited access to the language laboratory for oral and written activities.

The complete course, from the basic to the intermediate-advanced level, takes from ten to nineteen months, depending on the number of classes per week. Students may also take the advanced English course (duration of five months) if they plan to enroll in an American college or university.

The exclusive CCLS method focuses on the four essential language skills (conversation, listening comprehension, reading, and writing). In the classroom, the emphasis is on conversation and listening comprehension, taught with the use of videos and dialogues recorded by American speakers from various regions of the United States. The skills of reading and writing are developed in the language laboratory.

Semi-intensive courses begin every two months. Contact us to find out when the next course is scheduled to begin.
