Intercultural Training

The objective of this program is to facilitate the process of adaptation of the expatriate and his or her family in the United States or Brazil. The training program lessens the impact of cultural shock through a study of cultural values, behavior, habits, body language, cultural particularities, and professional and social etiquette of the country.

Intercultural training programs can be completed in eight hours of interaction between the professional and the expatriate. The program may also include excursions to public places such as supermarkets, restaurants, stores, pharmacies, and post offices, as well as trips on public transport, all of which aim to integrate the expatriate into his or her new environment.
